Matthieu Bos, MSc
President and Chief Executive Officer

Matthieu Bos’s career spans over 14 years in investment banking and mining in Europe and Africa, highlighted by an eight-year tenure at Ivanhoe Mines. During his most recent role as Executive Vice-President Africa, Matthieu was a key member of the team that delivered the world-class Kamoa-Kakula Copper Project in the Democratic Republic of the Congo. During this period, he was actively involved in US$3 billion in equity and debt financings from various strategic and institutional investors in addition to working on government relations and strategic corporate development. Prior to joining Ivanhoe, Matthieu was employed by BMO Capital Markets in the Metals and Mining Division in London. In addition to earning a BSc majoring in applied earth sciences, Matthieu holds a MSc majoring in metallurgical engineering from Delft University of Technology, the Netherlands.

Patrick Moryoussef, P.Eng
Chief Operating Officer

Patrick Moryoussef, P.Eng., is a seasoned mining executive with over 25 years of experience in the mining and mineral resource industry across Canada and West Africa. Mr. Moryoussef served as Vice-President, Mining Operations of SEMAFO from 2004 to 2020. Following its acquisition by Endeavour Mining, he acted as Senior Vice-President, Technical Services and Operational Performances. Prior to SEMAFO, Patrick held managerial roles of increasing responsibility with companies including Noranda, Falconbridge, Placer Dome and Mines McWatters. A mining engineering graduate from McGill University, Patrick is also a member of Ordre des Ingénieurs du Québec and sits on the board of directors of several companies.

Ugo Landry-Tolszczuk
Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Landry-Tolszczuk was appointed President and Chief Operating Officer of SRG in January 2018. Since joining SRG in 2017, Mr. Landry-Tolszczuk held roles of increasing responsibility within the organization including Head of the Technical Committee. Prior experience includes his tenure as Director of Operations at Windiga Energy Inc., a Canadian-based independent power producer, where his responsibilities included corporate operations, financing and project development. Mr. Landry-Tolszczuk holds an honors bachelor of Applied Science in Computer Engineering from the University of Waterloo and is a CFA® charterholder.

Elias J. Elias, LL.L., LL.B.
Vice-President, Legal and Corporate Affairs, and Corporate Secretary

Mr. Elias joined SRG in January 2018 as Vice President Corporate and Legal Affairs. Elias has extensive experience in West Africa in both the mining and the energy sectors. Before joining SRG, he served as General Counsel and Corporate Secretary of Windiga Energy Inc., a Canadian-based independent power producer. Previously, Mr. Elias was Legal Counsel at SEMAFO, a TSX-listed gold producer with significant presence in West Africa as well as at Gildan Activewear, one of the world’s largest vertically integrated manufacturers of apparel. Mr. Elias holds a civil law degree (summa cum laude) and a common law degree (cum laude) from the University of Ottawa and is a recipient of the Canada SSHRC Graduate Scholarship. He articled with the H. Judge Otis of the Quebec Court of Appeal and is a member of the Barreau du Québec since 2007.

Bakayoko Bouake
Geologist Exploration Manager, West Africa

Mr. Bouaké obtained his geological degree from Institut National Polytechnique F.H.B. of Yamoussoukro in Côte d’Ivoire. He joined Falconbridge International Investments Limited in Côte d’Ivoire in 1994 as field geologist for the Touba-Biankouma nickel laterite project where he gained expertise in project management. From 1998 to 2000, he made several visits to the Koniambo nickel laterite project in New Caledonia to assist the local team with setting up their exploration program. Subsequently, Mr. Bouaké was involved with Falconbridge’s nickel sulphide exploration program in the Cape Smith belt and spent time at the Raglan nickel mine in Quebec, Canada. He made several working visits to the Falcondo nickel laterite mining operation in the Dominican Republic and, from 2004 to 2008, was a geological consultant at the newly discovered Serra do Tapas nickel laterite project in Brazil.

Raphaël Beaudoin, P.Eng.
Vice-President, Operations, Metallurgy and Process Design

Raphaël Beaudoin graduated from the McGill University in 2010 with a degree in materials engineering. Raphaël worked as a plant metallurgist at the Minto Mine in the Yukon before joining the Nunavik Nickel Project for Canadian Royalties Inc. in 2012. Raphaël participated in the implementation of the Nunavik Nickel concentrator as a plant metallurgist, and later secured the position of chief metallurgist, where he oversaw many strategic projects of the concentrator. Before he joined Sama Resources, Raphaël worked as the concentrator superintendent also for Canadian Royalties Inc., overseeing the operations, metallurgy, maintenance and power generation of the concentrator. Through his strong mineral processing experience, Raphaël brings valuable expertise to the project for the continuous and efficient development of the Sama projects.

Jean-Daniel Joly, CPA
Corporate Controller

Mr. Joly joined SRG in November 2021 as corporate controller. Before joining SRG, he served as Vice-President, Finance Shared Services at BNP Paribas, the second largest banking group in Europe, overseeing the integration of the department. Previously, Mr. Joly was head of FP&A for Averna Technologies Inc., an automated test and quality assurance solution provider, in charge of internal reporting and global budgeting, as well as Société Générale Bank and PriceWaterhouseCoopers, where he specialised in the financial sector. Mr. Joly holds a specialized graduate diploma in accounting sciences from ESG-UQAM and is a member of the Quebec Chartered Professional Accountants Order .
